CHECK-IN / CHECK OUT
Check in is between 3pm and 6pm but we are happy to accommodate your schedule by prior arrangement.
Check out is 11am.

RESERVATIONS
Reservations require payment in full for the first night's stay and any balance is due upon your arrival. Longer stays require 50% deposit.

CANCELLATIONS
Your deposit is refundable one week from your scheduled date of arrival.A $25.00 processing fee will be charged for less than a week's notice.

CHILDREN
We regret that we cannot accept children.

PETS
We do not accommodate pets.

SMOKING
Edward Adams House B&B is a non-smoking property.

BREAKFAST
A full breakfast is served from 8:30- 9:30 am. Special dietary needs are gladly met.
